Lynda Latta practices predominantly in the following areas: Family Law
and Criminal Misdemeanor Defense, including but not limited to domestic relations, divorce, adoptions, custody, child support,
protective orders and grandparent rights. She was admitted to the State Bar of New Mexico in 1986. She received her BA at
the University of Colorado in 1983 and her JD from Willamette University in 1986. She is a member of the Albuquerque Bar Association,
the Women's Bar Association, the Center for Civic Values and the Kiwanis Club.

Jessica C. Roth is a 2005 graduate of George Mason University School of Law in Arlington, Virginia. She received her
Bachelor’s of Science in Public Relations and her Bachelor’s of Science in Information Management and Technology
from Syracuse University in Syracuse, New York in 1997. Ms. Roth was admitted to the State Bar of New Mexico in 2005 and the
U.S. District Court for the District of New Mexico and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals in 2006. Her practice area is Family
Law, including but not limited to divorce, custody, child support and collaborative practice. She is a member of the Albuquerque
Bar Association, the Young Lawyers Division of the New Mexico Bar, New Mexico Collaborative Practice Group, Albuquerque Collaborative
Practice Group, and the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals and the American Bar Association.

Linda L. Ellison practices exclusively in the areas of divorce and family law. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree
in Psychology and English from Saint Mary's College, Notre Dame, Indiana and her Juris Doctorate from University of New Mexico
School of Law. She is a member of the State Bar of New Mexico (Family Law Section Board member since 2002; Chair in 2005;
CLE committee member since 2004),Women's Bar Association, Albuquerque Bar Association, New Mexico Collaborative Practice Group;
Albuquerque Collaborative Practice Group, and the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals. She holds licenses
with the State of New Mexico (1992), United States District Court for the State of New Mexico (1995), and the Tenth Circuit
Court of Appeals (1995). She is a trained mediator and serves as part of the settlement facilitation pool for the Second Judicial
District Court in Bernalillo County, New Mexico.
