Our Profile

The Law Offices of Lynda Latta, LLC is a full-service family law firm inspired by the desire to help clients work through some of the most difficult emotional times in their lives. Together with clients, our staff develops a strategy for resolving the legal issues whether it be negotiation, mediation and settlement facilitation, arbitration or litigation. Our goal is to assist clients in reaching a resolution that will work for them based on realistic expectations.

Lynda Latta has practiced predominantly in the following areas of family law and criminal misdemeanor defense, including but not limited to domestic relations, divorce, adoptions, custody, child support, protective orders, and grandparent rights.

She was admitted to the State Bar of New Mexico in 1986.
US District Court for NM and The Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals (1987).
She received her BA at the University of Colorado (1983).
Juris Doctorate from Willamette University (1986).
She is a member of the Albuquerque Bar Association and the Kiwanis Club.
